qvMagazine Volume One Number Four the "empower" issue May/June 1998 ON THE COVER For Issue Four, Jose, our cover model was caught walking in the rain in the NoHo Arts District. While being photographed, he still managed to keep a warm smile in spite of the cold weather. Jose came from Mexico six years ago and currently lives in Greater LA area where he holds a position in a barber/hair salon. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, listening to rock en español music, and dancing.
