Word To Our War Heroes
U.S. HAS BEEN FIGHTING, the War on Terrorism for over a year now, and
although the fight isnt over yet, its important for us to
keep our U.S. soldiers in our prayers. After all, they are the brave
souls who are fighting to protect us and our country. Also, it is important
to realize that among the soldiers, many of them are not just Latino,
but Latinos. In a recent QV Magazine poll, we asked you, If
you could say anything to these Latino heroes, who are fighting
the War on Terrorism, what would you say to them? Heres
what you said:
For one, I salute you for the work well done on taking care of
America. Second, thanks for showing America that we Latinos are not
lazy, good-for-nothings who dont do anything for our country.
We are considered the minority, but when it comes down to it, we are
there for our country. 34 years old, Hollywood, CA
ARE NOT ALONE!

YOUR HEAD UP!
You Latinos are doing a great jobkick some ass. If you
werent over there doing your best, it would be one less person
helping America in this time of need. Keep your heads up...with the
red, white, and blue. 19 years old, Santa Fe, NM
I would say you are the bravest group of Latino men! You all

I have so much appreciation and admiration for what you guys are
doing to protect the people of our country. Also, to be QV and Latino...that
takes so much courage and self respect. I truly admire your strength.
Take care and peace! 22 years old, Cypress, CA
Wow, I guess I would start off by saying thank you for all that
youve done and continue to do! Being QV and in the military,
I suppose, is not an easy thing. It takes balls and a real man to stand
up and support what he believes in. I never thought of anything to say
until I was just asked, so I want you all to know that we are praying
for you and hoping for the best. I love you guys, and we will succeed!
