What Was High School P.E. Like For You?
When we talk about spirituality, we often connect it to our inner being. But it can also relate to our intimate relationship with a higher power-i.e. God. So in our latest qvSurvey, we asked you if you talk to God, and if so, do you talk to Him about being QV? Here's what you told us:

"P.E. was great! I fit in, and I was not teased at all. I was a jock, and I was the first one picked!" --35 year old, San Fernando, CA

"P.E. was great. I had no problems, whatsoever. I fit in. I was not picked first, nor was I last. I was never teased." --27 year old, Oxnard, CA

"I enjoyed P.E. I was raised in a sports-oriented family-we played baseball, football, volleyball, etc. Being stocky and husky like a football player helped as well. I played football from the 6th grade through high school. I always looked forward to my P.E. class." --45 year old, Dallas, TX

"Everyone hated me to be on their team. I was f*cken hideous at sports, and I still don't like them." --19 year old, Bellflower, CA

"P.E. was hell! The guys always knew that I was QV. I was always the last to be picked and yes, I was teased. I don't see why because I was one of the best players at everything." --18 year old, Houston, TX

"I hated P.E.! I was the last one to be picked. I was very overweight, out of shape, and no one wanted me on their team." --33 year old, North Hollywood, CA

"I did not fit in. I always had a doctor's excuse, and I was always picked last." --25 year old, San Jose, CA

"I hated participating in most sports, but loved watching all the guys play! I would sometimes hide because I didn't want to play sports, but when it came to running, I would be the first one at the start line!" --18 year old, Santa Fe Springs, CA

"When I was in high school, I was teased at sports. I wouldn't participate with others because I wasn't good at them. After a while, I began wrestling, and I finally got my reputation back because that was something I was really good at." --22 year old, Fort Irwin, CA

"I did not fit in P.E. I didn't like sports and was not good at them! I was so uncoordinated, and I was teased a lot...by all the sexy young jocks that I lusted after!" --28 year old, San Diego, CA

"Honestly, I did not fit in. I was not much of a P.E. person. I was always picked last. But I have to say, I was a great swimmer." --23 year old, La Puente, CA

"When I was very young, I played little league baseball for two years-because my father insisted. But I sucked at it and didn't care for it. The most terrifying part was always batting. My teammates probably hated me, but I don't remember much about it. The only good thing that came out of it was that I had a huge crush on my coach!" --33 year old, New York, NY

"I used to hate P.E. The only time I ever felt good was when I joined the track and field team. I used to go that extra mile to make the team a winning team. At these winning moments, everyone enjoyed my friendship!" --20 year old, East Los Angeles, CA

"P.E. class was wonderful. I played tennis, volleyball, basketball, and table tennis. In volleyball, I was always a captain, but in basketball, I was the last one to be picked." --21 year old, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico

"P.E. was a blast! I used to play football all the time. I was one of the few guys who was not afraid to get hit, and I enjoyed playing and hitting the other guys!" --23 year old, Norwalk, CA

"P.E. was a breeze! It was the easiest class you could possibly pass. Now, how can you not enjoy taking showers, afterwards. Talk about QV heaven!" --37 year old, Los Angeles, CA

"I loved P.E. I enjoyed showering and seeing the guys horse play." --38 year old, Los Angeles, CA
